Roanoke Elementary School Media Clerk Tammy Winans pours herself a cup of hot chocolate, part of a "Hot Chocolate Buffet" set up in the teacher's lounge by the PTO on Monday, Dec. 17. The buffet was set up as a thank you for the staff of the school, and featured hot chocolate, marshmallows, whipped cream and an assortment of treats.
