Phyllis J. Snow, 80, of Andrews, IN, died Monday, Oct. 29, 2012, at 6:45 p.m. at Miller's Merry Manor, in Huntington, IN.

Mrs. Snow worked at Wabash Magnetics in Huntington prior to working as a bartender at the American Legion in Lagro and at a sports bar in Andrews. She retired from the Legion in 1995. She was a member of the Andrews Brethren Church and the American Legion Post 85 Ladies Auxiliary of Huntington.

She was born April 13, 1932, in Huntington to Kenneth and Lucille Kunce Tuggle. She married Kenneth Delbert Snow on May 8, 1948, in Huntington. He preceded her in death on Sept. 22, 2009.

Survivors include a son, Robert E. (Gail) Snow, of Uniondale; three daughters, Teresa (Terry) Waters, of Andrews; Linda "Jackie" Elick, of Huntington; and Brenda Lee (Randy) Kistler, of Middlebury; two sisters, Vivian Rice, of Huntington, and Doris (Maury) Owens, of Parr, TX; two brothers, Walter Tuggle, of Tennessee, and Garry Tuggle, of Sugarland, TX; 17 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.

Calling is Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, at the Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 W. Park Drive, Huntington. A funeral service will be Friday, Nov. 2, 2012, at 10 a.m. at the mortuary. Burial will take place in the Andrews Riverside Cemetery, Andrews.
