Hope G. Lewis, 87, of Huntington, IN, died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012, at 3:46 p.m. at Parkview Huntington Hospital.

Mrs. Lewis graduated from Silver Lake High School, in Silver Lake, in 1943. She managed the Hipskin's Department Store, in Wabash, for many years and was a homemaker.

She was born May 10, 1925, in Knox County to Clarence and Anna Lee Biggs. She married Lawrence Lewis in Silver Lake. Her husband preceded her in death in 1999.

Calling is Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 W. Park Drive, Huntington. A service will be held at the mortuary on Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, at 10 a.m., with calling one hour prior to the service. Russell Buzzard will officiate. Burial will be at Falls Cemetery, Wabash.

Preferred memorials are gifts to the Indiana University Foundation for Autism in care of Bailey-Love Mortuary.
