Delores I. Endsley, 99, formerly of Van Buren, IN, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012, at 3 p.m. at Heritage Pointe in Warren after a three-week illness.

Mrs. Endsley was homemaker. She was a lifelong member of the Theta Club, joining while in her junior year in high school. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Van Buren.

She was born March 15, 1913, in Van Buren Township August C. and Mary Briner Haupthof. She married E. Thurlow Endsley on Dec. 24, 1936, in Van Buren. Her husband preceded her in death in 2001.

Survivors include a daughter, Gwendolyn (Ron) Roush, of Van Buren; two daughters-in-law, Mary Ellen (Stephen) Hawkins, of Van Buren, and Carolyn Endsley, of Marion; five grandchildren, Troy (Donna) Roush, Todd (Nicole) Roush and Tony (Michelle) Roush, all of Van Buren; Rod (Shauna) Endsley, of Marion and Brenda (Kevin) Trees, of Upland; and eight great-grandchildren.

Calling is Friday, Dec. 14, 2012, from noon to 3 p.m. at Heritage Pointe Applegate Chapel, 801 Huntington Ave., Warren, with the service immediately following. Rev. Gerald Moreland will officiate. Interment will follow in the Van Buren Cemetery in Van Buren.
