Donna J. Flora, 77, of Roanoke, IN, died Monday, Dec. 17, 2012, at 6:43 a.m. at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

Mrs. Flora graduated from Huntington Township High School in 1953. She worked as a supervisor at Hunckler Products for 30 years, retiring in 1998. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Roanoke.

She was born Aug. 25, 1935, in Lancaster Township, Huntington County, to Charles and Nellie Couch Keplinger. She married Dan Flora on Dec. 12, 1953, in Roanoke. He survives in Columbia City.

Additional survivors include two sons, David Edward (Mary) Flora of Canton, MI, and Don E. Flora, of Fort Wayne; two sisters, Geraldine (Ray) Eberly, of North Manchester, and Shirley (Jim) Shaw, of Columbia City; her mother-in-law, Leona Flora; five grandchildren, Andy Flora, Jennifer Shull, Jeff Flora, Jill Flora and Cory Cartwright; and four great-grandchildren.

Calling is Friday, Dec. 21, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Roanoke Memorial Chapel of Deal-Rice Funeral Homes, 240 Crestwood Drive, Roanoke. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, Dec. 22, at 10 a.m., with calling one hour prior to the Mass, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Roanoke. Rev. Dale Bauman will officiate. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery, Roanoke.

Memorial gifts may be made to the Children's Brain Tumor Foundation in care of the funeral home.
