Helen Jane Hite, 92, of Huntington, IN, died Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, at 9:18 a.m., at Miller's Merry Manor, Huntington.

Mrs. Hite worked for many years as a receptionist and bookkeeper for the Culligan Soft Water Service in Huntington.

She was born Feb. 8, 1920, in Huntington, to Roy and Agnes Wilson Murphy. She married Max M. Hite on Nov. 24, 1945, in Uniondale. He survives.

Additional survivors include a sister-in-law, Phillis Archbold-Martz, of Ossian, and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no calling or funeral service. A graveside burial will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, in Union Cemetery, Huntington County, with Rev. Ray Scribner officiating.
