Judith Anne "Judy" Frantz, 68, of Fort Wayne, IN, and having family members in Warren, IN, died Monday, March 11, 2013, in Fort Wayne.

Mrs. Frantz co-owned Quality Pontiac Buick Cadillac GMC before founding Bedazzled Wigs. She was also involved with the Angel Hair Foundation, a charity that provides wigs for children with hair loss. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Fort Wayne.

She was born Feb. 15, 1945, in Marion to Donald V. and Hazel L. McCann Smith. She married William M. "Bill" Frantz on Jan. 12, 1979, and he survives.

Additional survivors include three daughters, Christine (Craig) Ruskaup and Julie (Robert) Kimes, both of Leo; and Nicole (Brandon) Brooks, of Fort Wayne; two sons, Andrew (Teresa) Frantz, of Smithfield, VA, and Tony Frantz, of Fort Wayne; two brothers, Donald (Janet) Smith, of Warren, and David (Linda) Smith, of Huntertown; a sister, Laura (Joe) Myers, of Arcola; a sister-in-law, Peggy Smith, of Fort Wayne; and six grandchildren, Christian, Ashley, Emma, Ellee, Danny and Ethan.

A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, March 16, 2013, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Fort Wayne, with Msgr. John Kuzmich officiating.

Memorial gifts may be made to The Angel Hair Foundation.
