During their meeting on Monday, Jan 7, the Huntington County Commissioners made several appointments to city and county boards.

They include:

• Tim Fulton and John Rogers were appointed to the Board of Electrical Examiners for a one-year term to expire Dec 31, 2013.

• Reappointed were Jack Sell and Tony Hiles to the PTABOA Board for a one-year term to expire Dec. 31, 2013.

• Reappointed were Jeff Berggren, Kyle Jones and Marvin McNew and appointed was Tera Garretson to the Tourism Commission for a two-year term to expire Dec. 31, 2014.

•  Joe Eckert was reappointed to the Dawn Lakes Regional Sewer District for the remainder of a three-year term to expire Dec. 31, 2014.

• Reappointed was Jill Cutshall to the Dawn Lakes Regional Sewer District for a three-year term to expire Dec. 31, 2015.

• Jeff Shoup was reappointed to the Norwood Regional Sewer District for a three-year term to expire Dec. 31, 2015.

•  Jennifer Hess was reappointed to the Roanoke Public Library Board for a four-year term to expire Dec. 31, 2016.

•  Fred Scheiber was reappointed to the Huntington City-Township Public Library Board for a four-year term to expire Dec. 31, 2016.

• Reappointed were Jim Warpup and Jim Michel to the Drainage Board for a three-year term to expire Dec. 31, 2015.

• Reappointed was Alan Updike to the Planning Commission for a four-year term to expire Jan. 1, 2017.

• Steve Miller was reappointed to the Health Board for a four-year term to expire Dec 31, 2016.

• Matthew Sims was appointed to the Alcohol Beverage Board for a one-year term to expire Dec. 31, 2013.
