New Hope Church is hosting a seven-week quilting class, which started on Jan. 11.

Rose Hughes is the instructor and the class runs from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Hughes will also instruct a class in basket weaving on Tuesday nights, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

There is a cost for the classes and the cost excludes materials.
