Retired Indianapolis police officer Sgt. Terry Hall talks to a group of Lancaster Elementary School students on Wednesday, Feb. 27, about body safety, sexual abuse and how to report incidents. Hall presented his program to students at Roanoke, Northwest, Salamonie and Lancaster schools as well as to parents and guardians during a community meeting. His visit was coordinated by the Youth Services Bureau of Huntington County.
