The Huntington University men's bowling team came in 31st in the National Collegiate Team Match Games (Tier I) in Illinois over Nov. 29 and 30.
The Foresters had a rough go of it as they went 3-15 on the first day in their regular team games and followed up with a 3-12 showing in Baker play the next day as they finished with 8,858 total pins to finish second to last.
James Knapp paced Huntington with a six-game average of 180.2 to finish 74th out of 274 bowlers. Connor Brown recorded a five-game average of 180.4 to claim 130th. Seth Walker also bowled five games for a 171.4 average to finish 140th.
Other bowlers included Dan Miller with a four-game average of 162.5, Tyler Neff with a three-game average of 167.0, Joe Miller with three-game average of 156.3, Derek Beckler with a two-game average of 162.5 and Adam Harris-Shoemaker with a two-game average of 134.0.
