Andrews library has programs for everyone during November

The Andrews-Dallas Township Public Library has programs for everyone from toddlers through adults during November.

Teens and tweens are invited to create at the Andrews library’s studio sessions on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 4 p.m. Studio is a program now open to 9 year olds and older that features art and science activities, games and snacks. On Tuesday, Nov. 7, participants will build fidget spinners, and on Tuesday, Nov. 21, they will engineer toothpick towers. December Studio sessions will feature paper circuits and cookie decorating.

Adults can create a decorative mini birdhouse on Saturday, Nov. 11, at 10 a.m.  This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Andrews Library, and a small fee for the workshop covers all supplies and includes a membership to the Friends.

The monthly adult craft workshop, “Crafts & Coffee,” will meet on Thursday, Nov. 16, at 5:30 p.m. Crafters this month will repurpose a used book into a holiday card holder. Registration and a small donation are requested. Supplies and beverages will be provided.

Toddlers through third-graders are invited to a Pajama Party on Saturday, Nov. 18, at 10:30 a.m. Children are welcome to wear their PJs and bring their favorite plush friend for a night and bedtime themed play day. Activities will include play dough, stories, crafts and snacks.
