Jewel G. Adams Dilts, 84, of Warren, IN, died Sunday, June 28, 2009, at 4:40 p.m. at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home, Fort Wayne.

Mrs. Dilts had been a restaurant manager and owner.

She was born Aug. 12, 1924, in Morgan County, KY, to Norman Jonathon and Georgia Mae Price Adams. She married William W. Dilts on Jan. 16, 1949, in Gas City. Her husband survives.

Additional survivors include a daughter, Starr (David) Watts, of Warren; seven sons, Loren (Mary) Dilts, of Grand Rapids, MI; William (Mary) Dilts, of Jonesboro; Ronald (Arlene) McClain, of Cottonwood, AZ; Robert (Lavern) Dilts, of Jacksonville, FL; Bob McLain and Lee (Janet) Dilts, both of Warren; and Rodney McLain, of Los Angeles, CA; 25 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Calling is Wednesday, July 1, 2009, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Glancy-H. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 203 N. Matilda St., Warren. A service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, July 2, 2009, at 11 a.m., with Rev. Dick Case officiating. Burial will be at Estates of Serenity Cemetery, Marion.
