John Paul Keller, 63, of Fairmount, IN, and having family members in Andrews, IN, died at his home on Wednesday, July 1, 2009.

Mr. Keller graduated from Fairmount High School in 1965. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and served in Vietnam on the USS John R. Craig. He was an electrician at the VA Hospital and was a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7403 and AMVETS.

He was born April 10, 1946, in Marion to Eslie “Pete” R. and Alpha Ruth Eudaly Keller.

Survivors include two sisters, Alice (Bennie) Collins, of Fairmount, and Mary Lou Bradford, of Marion; and three brothers, William D. (Leanne) Keller and Benjamin L. Keller, both of Marion, and Joseph (Carole) Keller, of Andrews.

There are no calling hours. A graveside service was held Tuesday, July 7, 2009,at Marion National Cemetery, Marion.

Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, Storey Chapel, Gas City, was in charge of arrangements.
