Frances "Sue" Anstett, 80, of Markle, IN, died Sunday, Feb. 19, 2012, at 8:05 a.m. at the Markle Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Anstett had worked at General Electric, in Fort Wayne, for 29 years, retiring in 1989. She was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Huntington.
She was born Sept. 27, 1931, in Fowler to Henley T. and Laverne M. Lindenmyer Estes. She married Alvin C. Anstett on June 9, 1951, at St. Joseph Church in Earl Park. Her husband survives.
Additional survivors include two sons, Glen A. Anstett, of Uniondale, and Michael G. Anstett, of Ossian; a daughter, Nancy M. Caley, of Payton, CO; a brother, Bryce D. Estes, of Fowler; a sister, Ilene M. Spiker, of Fowler; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Calling is Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Myers Funeral Home Markle Chapel, 415 N. Lee St., Markle. A service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, Feb. 24, 2012, at 11 a.m. Interment will be at the St. Joseph Cemetery, Roanoke.
