Kenneth A. "Bobby" Harp, 32, of Fort Wayne, IN, and having family members in Huntington County, IN, died Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012, at St. Joseph Hospital, Fort Wayne.
Mr. Harp worked at Ingram in Fort Wayne for two years. He was a member of the Army National Guard, serving as an infantryman.
He was born Sept. 4, 1979, in Muncie to Kenneth A. and Debra C. Hood Harp.
Survivors include two sons, Dawson Koontz, of Huntington, and Keegan Harp, of Alabama; two brothers, Blaine C. Harp, of Fort Wayne, and Jimmy Barnes, of Huntington; a stepbrother, John T. Mihalec III, of Roanoke; two stepsisters, Jessica Herbert, of Hope Mills, NC, and Jennifer Carrell, of Huntington; and his stepparents, Jim and June Barnes, of Huntington.
Calling is Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, 2901 Guilford St., Huntington. A service will follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Huntington County.
