Max E. Gray, 75, of Wabash, IN, and a native of Huntington County, IN, died Sunday, July 8, 2012, at Miller's Merry Manor, in Wabash.

Mr. Gray graduated from Laketon High School in 1954. He attended Lincolnville United Methodist Church.

He was born July 24, 1936, in Huntington County to Eugene and Edith Castator Gray. He married Ceolia W. Carrouthers on June 29, 1968. His wife survives.

Additional survivors include a son, R.Scott (Sheila) Gray, of Mexico, IN; a daughter, Alice (Charles) Harrington, of Angleton, TX; five sisters, Winnifred Keefer, of Calera, OK; Janet Tuvell, of Syracuse; Joyce DeWitt and Betty Irland, both of Pelion, SC; and June Hubbard, of Ozark, AL; one grandchild; two step-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild.

No service is planned.
