Rexine "Ann" Kirkpatrick, 65, of Mt. Etna, IN, died Sunday, July 15, 2012, at 7:10 p.m. at Heritage Pointe, in Warren.

Mrs. Kirkpatrick attended Lancaster High School and was a member of the Lancaster Wesleyan Church. She had worked at Heritage Pointe as a nurse's aide for many years. She had also worked at Scott's Grocery in Bluffton.

She was born May 24, 1947, in Huntington to Paul E. and Cora E. Harlan Kern.

Survivors include a brother, Paul (Rae Anne) Kern, of Huntington; and two sisters, Gene E. Wallace and Rita M. Straw, both of Andrews.

She is also survived by a companion, John Allred, of Huntington.

A service will be held on Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at 11 a.m., with calling one hour prior to the service, at Glancy-H. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 203 N. Matilda St., Warren. Rev. Doug Sharrard will officiate. Interment will be at the Mt. Etna Cemetery.
