Sister Ann Shirley Kelly, OLVM, 87, a resident of Victory Noll in Huntington, IN, died Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at Holy Family Health Care Center at Victory Noll, Huntington.
Sister Kelly entered the Congregation of Our Lady of Victory Missionary Sisters on Oct. 27, 1945, and made first vows on Aug. 5, 1948. She served in missions in California, Indiana, Florida, Utah and Bolivia, South America. She returned to Victory Noll in 2005 to minister as a volunteer in the Holy Family Healthcare Center.
She was born in Belle Plaine, MN on Nov. 23, 1924, to John and Mary Frances O'Neill Kelly.
Surviving are two sisters, Constance Manning, of Portland OR, and Rose Scherzinger, of Hillsboro, OR.
A Vigil Service will be held Thursday July 26, 2012, with calling one hour prior to the service, at Victory Noll Memorial Chapel, 1900 W. Park Drive, Huntington. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated Friday, July 27, 2012, at 10:30 a.m., with calling one hour prior, at the chapel. Rev. Thomas Fahey will preside. Burial will be at Victory Noll cemetery.
