William E. "Bill" Murphy, 54, of Huntington, IN, died Sunday, Aug. 5, 2012, at 4:26 p.m. at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.

Mr. Murphy had worked for Ness Bros. Realtors for three years.

He was born Oct. 11, 1957, in Fort Wayne to Richard and Ruth Parker Murphy. His mother, Ruth Ingle, survives in Huntington.

Additional survivors include a sister, Cyndie (Charles) Shaw, of Huntington; two brothers, Danny Murphy, of Nashville, TN, and Kenneth (Laura) Murphy, of Huntington; and a stepbrother, Greg Oliver, of Monroeville.

There are no calling hours. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012, at Hillcrest Cemetery, located at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Huntington. Rev. Jim Splawn will officiate.
