Sandra Kay Redding, 67, of Roanoke, IN, died Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012, at 12:40 a.m. at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.

Mrs. Redding, a 1962 graduate of Huntington Township High School, was a homemaker. She was a member of the Salvation Army, where she taught Sunday school for 12 years. She was also involved in the Salvation Army Home League in Huntington.

She was born March 19, 1945 in Huntington to Harold O. and Marjorie Jane Reemer Bunker. She married Thomas L. Redding on May 7, 1972, in Huntington. Her husband survives.

Additional survivors include three sons, Darin (April) Redding, of Huntington; Darin (Mary) Williams, of Florida; and Keric Redding, of Roanoke; a daughter, Lacy Redding, of Roanoke; a brother, Terry Bunker, of Huntington; and four grandchildren, Lisa Williams, Larry Williams and Tacie Williams, all of Florida, and Blaine Jackson, of Huntington.

Calling is Sunday, Aug. 12, 2012, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 W. Park Drive, Huntington. A service will be held at the mortuary on Monday, Aug.13, 2012, at 10 a.m., with calling one hour prior to the service. Major Gerald Smelser will officiate. Burial will be at Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Huntington County.
