Gale Lynn Hunt, 61, of Huntington, IN, died Monday, Aug. 20, 2012, at midnight at her home.

Mrs. Hunt had worked at Pyle Industries, in Huntington, from 1990 to 1996. She was also a homemaker.

She was born Sept. 13, 1950, in Elwood to Charles and Mildred Northern Troutman. She married Duane V. Hunt on Oct. 15, 1967, in Valparaiso. Her husband survives.

Additional survivors include three daughters, Theresa (Todd) Taylor and Alysia (Jeremy) Thornsberry, both of Huntington, and Dawn Hunt, of Duffield, VA; two sons, James Hunt and Shane (Michelle) Hunt, both of Huntington; two sisters, Susie (Bob) Yeargaine, of Midland, TX, and Jewel (Milton) Dalton, of Hampton, GA; two brothers, Fred Troutman, of Anderson, and Terry Michael (Theresa) Troutman, of Elwood; 18 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Calling is Wednesday, Aug. 22, 212, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., with a service following at 3 p.m., at Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 W. Park Drive, Huntington. Rev. Rolla Blair will officiate. Burial will be at a later date.
