Syble M. Kinsey, 85, of Huntington, died Monday, Sept. 3, 2012, at 12:20 a.m. at Meadowview Health and Rehabilitation Center, Bluffton.
She was retired from Memcor, where she had been employed for more than 30 years.
She was born Feb. 25, 1927, in Marion, AL, to John Curtis and Audie Maudie Chambers Shotts.
Survivors include two daughters, Connie A. Warford, of Wabash, and Carolyn S. (Dennis) Frye, of Haleyville, AL; three sons, Curtis L. (Sally) Newton, of Andrews, and Bill (Theresa) Kinsey and Larry T. Kinsey, both of Huntington; three sisters, Maxine Cagle, Nella Dean Emerson and Hilda Joe Sloan; six brothers, Hobert Shotts, Bernise Shotts, Bobby Shotts, Talmadge "Buster" Shotts, Flavis Shotts and Flury Shotts; 18 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Calling is Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., with a service following at 3 p.m., at Deal-Rice Funeral Home, Huntington Chapel, with Rev. Elzie Spencer officiating. Burial will be at Star of Hope Cemetery.
