Shirley Jeanann Eichhorn, 64, of Springfield, OH, and having ties to Huntington County, IN, died Monday, Sept. 3, 2012.

Mrs. Eichhorn was employed by Self Reliance Adult Day Center in Springfield, OH.
She was born Aug. 29, 1948. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry.

Survivors include her children, Brad, Deanna, Lynn, Jodie and Mark (Ramy); stepsons, Jim and Ken Eichhorn; siblings, Barry (Deb), Brian and Marilyn (Joe); grandchildren, Cole and Lily; and step-grandchildren, Brittany and Carlie.

Calling is Friday, Sept. 7, 2012, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Glancy-H. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 203 N. Matilda St., Warren. A service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, Sept. 8, at 1 p.m., with calling one hour prior to the service. Rev. Scott Nedberg will officiate. Burial will be at St. Paul's Cemetery, rural Markle.
