Gary W. Rodgers, 56, of Huntington, IN, died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012, at 9:42 p.m. at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home in Fort Wayne.

Mr. Rodgers attended the First Baptist Church of Huntington.

He was born Jan. 23, 1956, in Huntington. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby W. Rodgers, and his stepfather and mother, Charles E. and Donna M. Martz Ditton.

Survivors include a daughter, Farrah Moore, of Chicago; a brother, Dave (Diana) Ditton, of Roann; three sisters, Theresa (Joseph) Bradin and Lisa Case, both of Huntington, and Deb (Archie) Haney, of Bippus; and four grandchildren, Dylan, Cody, Katie and Caleb Hamilton.

There will be no public visitation. A private family service will be held at a later date. Interment will take place at the Star of Hope Cemetery.
