Annette M. Veach, 39, of Huntington, IN, died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012, at 6 a.m. in Roanoke.

Ms. Veach graduated in 1991 from Huntington North High School and attended Indiana Business College. She was employed as a server at Oley's Pizza, Fort Wayne.

She was born March 19, 1973, in Huntington. She is survived by her mother, Diana (Jerry) Kopcinski Tobin Brodrick, of Huntington, and her father, Tom Tobin, of Huntington.

Additional survivors include two sons, Spencer Veach and Ben Veach, both of Huntington; a brother, Tommy N. (Larissa) Tobin, of Jeffersonville; two sisters, Kelly (Steve) Pohler and Patty Eckart, both of Huntington; and her grandparents, Ted and Tomomi Kopcinski, of Denver, CO, and Doris Tinoco, of Manteca, CA.

The family will hold a private service.
