Larry W. Mayo, 65, of Andrews, IN, died Sunday, Dec. 9, 2012, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

Mr. Mayo was employed as a janitor at Dana, retiring in 2006.

He was born April 13, 1947, in Lackey, KY, to Martin and Angie Bolding Mayo. His mother survives in Garrett, KY. He married Barbara Asher on July 2, 1982, in Virginia. His wife survives.

Additional survivors include a daughter, Misty Schroan, of LaFontaine; a son, Jeremy Burnworth, of Andrews; three stepsons, Trent Burnworth, of Andrews, and Shawn Burnworth and Rick Burnworth, both of Huntington; a brother, Bill Mayo, of Andrews; a sister, Anna Cox, of Garrett, KY; and 20 grandchildren, Brittany Burnworth, Trevor Burnworth, Selena Burnworth, Staysha Burnworth, Ricky Burnworth, Ethan Burnworth, Austin Burnworth, Hannah Burnworth, Shane Bickel and Hayley Schroan.

Calling is Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Deal-Rice Funeral Home, Huntington Chapel. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, at 11:45 a.m. at Riverside Cemetery, Andrews. Rev. Worlie Newsome will officiate.
