Olan D. Rodocker, 96, of Andrews, IN, died Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2012, at 1:20 a.m. at The Heritage of Huntington.

Mr. Rodocker was a farmer. He was a member of Pilchers Chapel United Methodist Church.

He was born Feb. 12, 1916, in Huntington County to Levi E. and Minnie Yackey Rodocker. He married Lucile E. Garretson on Feb. 19, 1939, in Huntington County. She preceded him in death on Feb. 5, 2007.

Survivors include two daughters, Daleen (Larry) Turner, of Roanoke, and Donna (Marvin) Proffitt, of Huntington; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Calling is Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Deal-Rice Funeral Home, Andrews Chapel, 233 N. Main St., Andrews. A service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012, at 10 a.m., with calling one hour prior to the service. Rev. Bill Rapp will officiate. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery, Andrews.
