Ada E. Bragg, 94, of Adrian, MI, and a former resident of Mt. Etna, IN, died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013, in Adrian, MI.
Mrs. Bragg graduated from Marion High School in 1935 and from Marion College in 1939. She was employed in the Marion office of Indiana Bell Telephone Company for 30 years and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. She was a member of the Raisen Valley Friends Church, Adrian, MI.
She was born April 29, 1918, in Mt. Etna to Charles Burton and Blanche R. Hess Tuttle. She married Ralph Bragg on Aug. 4, 1967, in Marion, and her husband preceded her in death.
Survivors include a son, Gary (Rebecca) Tuttle, of Adrian, MI; a stepdaughter, Peg (Francis) Oliver, of Gas City; three grandchildren, Calista (Matt) Weiland, of Grass Lake, MI; Corinda (Bryan) Hackworth, of Stockbridge, MI; and Scott (Lisa) Oliver, of Gas City; and five great-grandchildren.
Calling is Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Glancy-H. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 203 N. Matilda St., Warren. A service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, at 11 a.m., with Rev. Ben Gray officiating. Interment will be at Grant Memorial Park, Marion.
