Sharlee Mae Klefeker

Sharlee Mae Klefeker, 80, of Bluffton, IN, and having ties to Markle, IN, died Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, at 5:45 a.m. at the Bluffton Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Klefeker had been employed by Wayne Petal Products, Caylor-Nickel Clinic and Bureau of Motor Vehicles. She also served as an administrative assistant for the Wells County Area Planning Commission, retiring in 1997.
She was a member of Elks Lodge 796 and the Moose Lodge of Bluffton and was a 30-year member of the American Legion Post 111 Auxiliary.
She was born May 10, 1932, in Wells County to Boston H. and Iva Buell Fate. She married Stuart R. Klefeker on Oct. 27, 1951, in Markle. Her husband preceded her in death on Deb. 26, 2006.
Survivors include a brother, Boston Junior Fate, of Palm Harbor, FL.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, at the Grove Cemetery, near Poneto, with Rev. Greg Comp officiating.
Goodwin-Cale and Harnish Memorial Chapel, Bluffton, was in charge of arrangements.
