Lee R. Green, 63, of Fort Wayne, IN, and having family members in Roanoke, IN, died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Kathy Green.

Additional survivors include a daughter, Ammie Green, of Roanoke; a son, Michael Green, of Indianapolis; four brothers, Charles (Cheryl) Green Jr., of Spokane, WA; Terry (Arlene) Green and Joel (Roxanne) Green, both of Fort Wayne; and Don (Charlene) Green, of Ossian; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A service will be held on Monday, Feb. 18, 2013, at 10 a.m. at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne. Calling is Sunday, Feb.17, 2013, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
