Angeline Willodene Boese, 87, of New Haven, IN, and a native of Huntington, IN, died Monday, March 11, 2013, at the Chandler House in Kendallville.
Mrs. Boese graduated from South Side High School, Fort Wayne, in 1943. She worked in sales at L.S. Ayres, Fort Wayne, retiring in 1978. She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, New Haven.
She was born Oct. 24, 1925, in Huntington to George and Hettie Droz Cotton. She married Algine Boese on Oct. 26, 1946, in Fort Wayne. He preceded her in death on Aug. 11, 1999.
Survivors include three daughters, Sue Ann (Larry) Cobble, of Tucson, AZ; Kay Lynn (John) Weiler, of Iowa City, IA; and Sandy (Jan) David, of Kendallville; five grandchildren, Eric Murbach, Kelli Murbach, Rebecca Hatfield, James Weiler and Christin Golden; and two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 15, 2013, at 2 p.m. at the Emmanuel Lutheran Cemetery, 11801 Edgerton Road, New Haven.
Memorial gifts may be made to Central Lutheran School, New Haven.
Northern Indiana Funeral Care, Fort Wayne, and Hite Funeral Home, Kendallville, are in charge of arrangements.
