Stephen Spicer, 68, of Marion, IN, died Sunday, March 17, 2013, at his home.
Mr. Spicer was a member of UAW Local 977. He served in the United States Army from 1962 to 1965, stationed in Korea and Germany.
He was born Oct. 24, 1944, in Grant County to Raymond and Christine Stidd Spicer. He married Mary Spicer in Grant County, and she preceded him in death.
Survivors include three daughters, Karen (Bill) Freeman, of Lewisburg; Kim (Aaron) Schulz, of Jonesboro; and Kathy Spicer, of Tucson, AZ; a son, Don Spicer, of Marion; two sisters, Pam (Dennis) Caudell, of Fairmount, and Donna (Dick) Coons, of Indianapolis; a brother, Chuck Spicer, of Sweetser; and five grandchildren, Mason Cretsinger, Luke Cretsinger, Mikey Schutz, Emma Freeman and Sophia Freeman.
No service is planned. Friends may gather at K Bistro, 2201 S. Western Ave., Marion, on Thursday, March 21, 2013 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
