June A. Fox, 82, of Warren, IN, died Monday, March 18, 2013, at 10:58 a.m. at Heritage Pointe, in Warren.
Mrs. Fox was a graduate of West Union High School. She had worked as a receptionist at Majestic Corporation and First National Bank, but was a homemaker the majority of her life. She was a member of Union Church, where she taught Sunday school and vacation Bible school. She was also involved with the women's ministry of the church.
She was born April 4, 1930, in Huntington to Charles and Cholista Frech Beaver. She married Clifford D Fox on March 4, 1951, at Union Church. He preceded her in death on Dec. 18, 2011.
Survivors include five daughters, Kay (Brian) Schwartz, of Fort Wayne; Diane Bonner, of Roanoke; Pamela Fulton, of Italy; Brenda (Ronnie) Jones, of Huntington; and Karen (Curt) Foughty, of Ossian; two brothers, Dean Beaver, of Huntington, and Dale Beaver, of Chula Vista, CA; a sister, Virginia Best, of Markle; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Calling is Friday, March 22, 2013, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, 2901 Guilford St., Huntington. A service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, March 23, 2013, at 11 a.m., with calling one hour prior to the service. Gerald O. Moreland will officiate. Interment will be at Union Cemetery.
