Pamelia B. Covey

Pamelia B. Covey, 63, of Huntington, IN, died Saturday, March 23, 2013, at 2 a.m. at Norwood Health and Rehabilitation Center in Huntington.

Mrs. Covey was a 1967 graduate of Dallas Township High School. She was a member of the First Brethren Church in Huntington since 1974.

She was born June 25, 1949, in Huntington County to Henry and Janien DeBatty Emley. Her mother survives. She married Charles Covey in Huntington County on Feb. 28, 1970. He also survives.

Additional survivors include a daughter, Carol Dugan, of Indianapolis; a son, Chris (Erin) Covey, of Huntington; three sisters, Judy (Larry) Quinn, of Andrews; Sue Sinkler, of Erin, TN; and Shirley Dannuck, of Van Lear, TN; a brother, Bernard Emley, of Huntington; two grandchildren, Gavin Covey and Benjamin Covey, both of Huntington; and a stepgranddaughter, Suzi Schmitt, of Huntington.

Calling is Monday, March 25, 2013, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, 2901 Guilford St., Huntington. A service will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2013, at 11 a.m. at the First Brethren Church, 245 S. Marion Rd., Huntington.
