Raymond Waller

Raymond Waller, 80, of Wabash, IN, and having family members in Huntington, IN, died Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at his home.

Mr. Waller retired from United Technologies, in Andrews, where he had been employed for 31 years. He was a member of the Wabash First Church of God and a life member of the Wabash Eagles Lodge. He was a United States Army veteran, serving during the Korean conflict.

He was born May 22, 1932, in Paintsville, KY, to Willie G. and Minnie Lewis-Daniels Waller. He married Pauline Clawson on Oct. 5, 1952, in Burdett, NY. His wife survives.
Additional survivors include a daughter, Janine (Bill) Gray, of McDonough, GA; two sons, Gregory Waller, of Wabash, and Kenneth W. (Heidi) Waller, of Huntington; three sisters, Matilda Mollette, of Blaine, KY; Buna Crum, of Wabash; and Lestie Wilfong, of Vinton, OH; six grandchildren, Amy (Josh) Hause, of Greenwood; Jennifer (Ty) Maloy, of Bunker Hill; Jordan Waller, of Huntington; Ryan Waller, of Indianapolis; Derek Gray, of Stockbridge, GA; and Jeremy Gray, of Topeka, KS; and eight great-grandchildren.

Calling is Monday, April 1, 2013, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Ave., Wabash. A service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at 10:30 a.m., with Chaplain Kurt Snyder officiating. Burial will be at memorial Lawns Cemetery, Wabash.
