John T. 'Jack' Flaig

John T. "Jack" Flaig, 81, of Fort Wayne, IN, and having relatives in Huntington IN, died Friday, March 29, 2013, in Fort Wayne.
Mr. Flaig was the owner of Wayne Black Oxide. He was a member of Sonrise Church, the Elks, Ducks Unlimited and the Kiwanis Club.
He was born Jan. 29, 1932, in Fort Wayne to Floyd Flaig and Melba Bieberich. His wife, Arlene Flaig, survives.
Additional survivors include two sons, Kim (Sherrie) Flaig, of Big Long Lake, and Kent (Colleen) Flaig of Captain Cook, HI; brother, David (Sharon) Bieberich, of Fort Wayne; a sister, Judy Rudolph, of Fort Wayne; a grandson, Justin Flaig, of Huntington; and two great-grandsons.
Calling is Tuesday, April 2, 2013, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at D.O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Rd., Fort Wayne. A service will be held Wednesday, April 3, 2013, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home, with Rev. Diane Samuels officiating. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
