Dick Stump, 83, of Fort Wayne, IN, and having relatives in Roanoke, IN, died Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
Mr. Stump worked at Navistar of Fort Wayne for 28 years. He had served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He was also a member of Pine Hills Church.
He was the son of Charles and Ruth Stump. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jonnie Stump.
Survivors include a son, Rick (Sue) Stump, of Fort Wayne; four sisters, Wanda (George) Murphy, of Churubusco; Carol Hinton, of Roanoke; Bonnie Blaire, of Fort Wayne; and Brenda (John) Rock, of Fort Wayne; and two grandchildren, Matt and Victoria Stump.
Calling will be Monday, June 24, 2013, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne.
Also, a calling will be held Tuesday, June 25, 2013, at 9 a.m., with a funeral service to follow at 10 a.m., at Pine Hills Church, 4707 Carroll Rd., Fort Wayne.
Memorials are to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation.
