William C. Bartol

William C. Bartol, 80, of Warsaw, IN, and a former resident of Huntington, IN, died Friday, June 21, 2013, at his home.
Mr. Bartol served in the Korean War as a member of the United States Air Force. He worked as a manager at International Harvester for 32 years, retiring in 1982. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2689, Huntington; American Legion Post 2003, Syracuse; Moose Lodge 6599, Elkhart; and Eagles Lodge 3760, Syracuse.
He was born in Warsaw to Charles and Margaret Bartol.
Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Gonterman and Karen Anderson, both of Fort Wayne; and four grandchildren, Samantha Anderson, Zachery Anderson, Brandon Bartol and Christopher Bartol.
Calling is Tuesday, June 25, 2013, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Rd., Fort Wayne. A service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at 11a.m., with calling one hour prior to the service. graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
