Sister Mary F. Bartsch

Sister Mary Frances Bartsch, 92, a resident of Victory Noll, in Huntington, IN, died Saturday, June 29, 2013, at 8:35 p.m. at Holy Family Health Care Center, at Victory Noll.
Sister Bartsch entered the congregation of Our Lady of Victory Missionary Sisters on Oct. 28, 1943, and made her first vows on Aug. 5, 1946. She served in the missions in California, Texas, Arizona, Colorado and Wyoming. She retired to Victory Noll in 2005 to serve as a volunteer.
She was born Oct. 5, 1920, in Subiaco, AR, to Louis and Katerina Wagner Bartsch.
Survivors include a sister, Sister Dominic Bartsch, of Techy, IL.
A vigil service will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2013, at 7 p.m., with calling one hour prior to the service, at Victory Noll Memorial Chapel, 1900 W. Park Drive, Huntington. The Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 3, 2013, at 10:30 a.m., with calling one hour prior to Mass, at the Victory Noll Memorial Chapel. Rev. Thomas Shoemaker will officiate. Burial will be at victory Noll Cemetery.
