Fayne Lee Snider, 58, of Warren, died Thursday, Aug. 15, 2013, at his home.
Mr. Snider attended Huntington North High School and served in the United States Marine Corps from 1973 to 1976. He was a member of American Legion Post 7, Huntington. He had worked at Kelly Box, in Fort Wayne, and Fisher Engineering, in Huntington. Most recently, he was employed for 25 years at Indiana Box (formerly Northern Indiana Packaging) in Huntington.
He was born March 20, 1955, at Travis Air Force Base, CA, to Donald P. and Elsie M. Feltner Snider. He married Lisa K. Souers Millington on April 30, 1993, in Huntington, and she survives.
Additional survivors include a son, Ron (Irena) Millington II, of Greenwood; two daughters, Christina (Eric) Bruce, of Huntington, and Erin Clouse, of Columbia City; three sisters, Cheryl (Bud) Bixler, of Hindman, KY; Donna Shafer, of Fort Wayne; and Renay Rivers, of Columbia City; two brothers, Christopher Snider, of Fort Wayne, and Leslie P. Snider; and five grandchildren, Jacob Bruce, Noah Bruce and Rebekah Bruce, all of Huntington, and Makayla Millington and Ezekiel Millington, both of Greenwood.
Calling is Monday, Aug. 19, 2013, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., with a memorial service following at 5 p.m., at McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson St., Huntington.
Memorial gifts may be made to American Legion Post 7, in Huntington, or Lilly Bear's Rescue in care of McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home.
