Juan M. Flores, 61, of Huntington, IN, died Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013, at 8:30 p.m. at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.
Mr. Flores was a high school graduate and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. He had been employed as a plant manager for Breyden Products, in Columbia City, since 2005.
He was born May 20, 1952, in Guadalajara, Mexico, to Agapito and Maria Refugio Flores. He is survived by his wife, Amparo Flores.
Additional survivors include a son, Daniel Flores, of Huntington; four daughters, Laura Flores, of Knoxville, TN, and Susana Flores, Patricia Flores and Jennifer Flores, all of Huntington; two brothers, Fernando Flores, of Mexico, and David Flores, of Columbia City; and a sister, Maria Louisa Flores, of Mexico.
Calling is Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2013, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., with recitation of the rosary at 6 p.m., at McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson St., Huntington. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2013, at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 903 N. Jefferson St., Huntington. Rev. John Pfister will officiate. Burial will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Huntington.
Memorial gifts may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church or for Masses at the church in care of McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home.
