Ruby E. Ogle, 95, of Bluffton, IN, died Monday, Oct. 14, 2013, at Heritage Pointe, in Warren, IN.
Mrs. Ogle graduated from Agra High School in 1935. She was employed by Franklin Electric from 1965 to 1984. After retirement, she volunteered with a food delivery program and at the Bargain Hut in Bluffton. She had attended the Church of the First Born of Parkland, in Oklahoma, and the Poneto Methodist Church.
She was born June 1, 1918, in Chandler, OK, to Robert Roy Reeder and Hattie Pearl Herring. She married James W. Ogle on June 20, 1940, and he preceded her in death on Jan. 11, 1976. She married Ralph D. Kleinknight in 1988, and he preceded her in death in 2005.
Survivors include a son, James Robert (Linda) Ogle, of Poneto; a daughter, Judy (Dennis) Reed, of Bluffton; a sister, Jearldine Hearing, of Olympia, WA; four grandchildren, Sherri (Troy) Foreman, of Poneto; Jody Ogle, of rural Bluffton; Kandres Gibbs, of Bluffton; and Michael (Jodi) McCarty, of Toledo, OH; five great-grandchildren; four stepgreat-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Calling is Friday, Oct. 18, 2013, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Thoma/Rich, Chaney & Lemler Funeral Home, 308 W. Washington St., Bluffton. A service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013, at 10:30 a.m., with Rev. Roy Nevil officiating. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery, Bluffton.
