Shirley A. Goff, 82, of Fort Wayne, IN, and having family members in Roanoke, IN, died Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2013, at 11:45 p.m. at Parkview Oaks, in Columbia City.
Mrs. Goff graduated from Columbia City High School in 1949. She had worked at Essex Wire & Cable, in Columbia City, and at Vera Bradley, in Fort Wayne. She attended the First Assembly of God.
She was born May 23, 1931, in Fort Wayne to Judson Mote and Violet Bessie Hanson Foltz. She married Stanley C. Goff on Oct. 3, 1976, and he survives.
Additional survivors include two daughters, Cheryl A. (Don) Bolding, of Brunswick, GA, and Julie E. (Jim) Argerbright, of Pierceton; a son, Gary M. (Donna) Holbrook, of Macy; two stepsons, Paul C. (Paula) Goff, of Roanoke, and Randy S. (Tina) Goff, of Hudson; two stepsisters, Lois Tuttle and Iris Chopak; a stepbrother, Art Foltz; 15 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
A service was held on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013, at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, Columbia City, with Rev. Frank Sitcler officiating. Burial was at Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
