Marilyn L. Harrell, 80, of Huntington, IN, died Friday, Nov. 1, 2013. at The Heritage of Huntington.
Mrs. Harrell was a 1950 graduate of Union Township High School. She was a member of Union Church and a former member of Women's Missionary Society. She worked in childcare for 10 years, and also volunteered at Parkview Huntington Hospital.
She was born Nov. 19, 1932 in Huntington to Frank R. and Vernice Frech Kline.
Survivors include two sons, Kit (Anita) Harrell and Ken (Connie) Harrell, both of Huntington; two daughters, Susan (Dennis) Mills, of Frankfurt, and Sally (Allen) Sudmann, of Davison, MI; a brother, Duane (Rachel) Kline, of Huntington; two sisters, Janice (Gene) Grogg, of Berne, and Jean (Harold) Dungan, of Greenfield; a sister-in-law: Nancy Kline, of Huntington; 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Calling is Monday, Nov. 4, 2013, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, 2901 Guilford St., Huntington. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013, at 11 a.m. at the Union Church, with Rev. Allen Sudmann officiating. Interment will be at the Union Cemetery.
