Thomas L. Ogan

Thomas Leon Ogan, 74, of rural Wabash, IN and having family members in Huntington County, died Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013, at 3 a.m. at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.

He was a 1957 graduate of Noble Township High School and attended Purdue University. He retired from Delphi in Kokomo after 41 years. He was a member of the Living Faith Lutheran Church in Wabash.

He was born Sept. 12, 1939, in Wabash to John Kenneth and Mary Catherine Pence Ogan. He married Beverly Joan Culver on Oct. 22, 1960, in Wabash, and she survives.

Additional survivors include two children, Rick L. Ogan, of Pendleton, and Karin K. (Doug) Brown, of Wabash; two sisters, Lois A. (Bill) Joseph, of Oklahoma City, OK, and Ruth M. (Wayne) Metz, of San Diego, CA; and four grandchildren, Kenneth D. Ogan, of Pendleton; Cody D. Brown, of Wabash; Kristin Ogan, of Elwood; and Shannon E. (Andy) Brisbin, of Huntington.

Calling is Friday, Nov. 15, 2013, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Avenue, Wabash. Funeral services will be Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be at Mississinewa Cemetery, Somerset.
