James P. "Pat" Houlihan

James Patrick "Pat" Houlihan, 69, of Peru, IN, and having relatives in Andrews, IN, died Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.
Mr. Houlihan was a United States Army veteran, serving from 1962 to 1964 and serving in Korea. He worked at General Tire in Wabash 30 years, retiring in 2000. He was a member of the Teamsters Union and the Wabash American Legion Post 15.
He was born June 17, 1944 in Fort Wayne to Paul and Phoebe Millican Houlihan. He married Barbara Sue Meeks on Dec. 23, 1965, and she survives.
Additional survivors include two children, Diana (Tony) Biscella, of Logansport, and Patrick Wayne Houlihan, of Macy; three brothers, Paul Joseph (Sondra) Houlihan, of Peru; Thomas Edward (Marcella) Houlihan, of Wabash; and Jeffery Alvin (Karen) Houlihan, of Andrews; a sister, Mary Katherine Prickett, of Wabash; and a grandson, Shane Anthony Biscella of Logansport.
Calling is Thursday, Dec. 5, 2013, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Ave., Wabash. Funeral service is at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 6, 2013, at the funeral home, with calling one hour prior to the service. Rev. Sextus Don will officiate.
