Catherine S. Tulley, 52, of Columbia City, IN, and having family members in Huntington, IN, died Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014, at 4:38 a.m. at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
Mrs. Tulley graduated from Columbia High School in 1978. She was a member of Tri Lakes Baptist church.
She was born June 17, 1961, in Columbia City to Larry L. and Bonnie Cox Burns. Her mother survives in Columbia City. She married Ricki Dale Tulley on April 23, 1995, in Whitley County. Her husband preceded her in death on March 28, 2013.
Survivors include a son, Michael (Ciera) Tulley, of Columbia City; two daughters, Desirae Tulley and Haley Tulley, both of Columbia City; two brothers, Dan (Tina Palmerton) Burns, of Albion, and Rick Marker, of Fort Wayne; a sister, Deb (Scott) Slayton, of Huntington; and a granddaughter, Addison Tulley.
Calling is Sunday, Jan. 19, 2014, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, 206 N. Main St., Churubusco. A service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, Jan. 20, 2014, at 11 a.m., with calling one hour prior to the service. Rev. Brad Fredrickson will officiate. Burial will be at South Park Cemetery Annex, Columbia City.
