Sister Mary Magdalen Heim

Sister Mary Magdelen Heim, OLVM, 101, a resident of Victory Noll, in Huntington, IN, died Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2014, at Victory Noll's Holy Family Health Care Center.
Sister Heim entered the Congregation of Our Lady of Victory Missionary Sisters on Oct. 28, 1942, and made her first vows on Aug. 5, 1945. She served in the missions in Ohio, Indiana, California, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Colorado, Wyoming, Nevada, Utah and Arizona. She retired in 1987 and returned to Victory Noll.
She was born June 6, 1912, in Philadelphia, PA, to Herman and Louise Reich Heim.
A vigil service will be held on Monday, Feb. 10, 2014, at 7 p.m., with calling one hour prior to the service, at Victory Noll Memorial Chapel, 1900 W. Park Drive, Huntington. The Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated in the chapel on Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2014, at 10:30 a.m., with calling one hour prior to Mass. Burial will be at Victory Noll Cemetery.
