Mary Pressler, 71, of Huntington, IN, died Sunday, Feb. 9, 2014, at 1:18 p.m. at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.
Mrs. Pressler earned an associate's degree in computer science from Ivy Tech, in Fort Wayne. She worked for Shamban, in Fort Wayne, as a computer programmer for two years before retiring.
She was born April 3, 1942, in Keystone to Louis Andrew Piqune and Irene Groscop Bright. She married Charles K. Pressler on Dec. 19, 1970, in Wabash. Her husband preceded her in death in November 1999.
Survivors include a daughter, Lisa (Bruce) Drake, of Huntington; three brothers, James (Ida) Piqune, of Huntington; Jerry (Sharon) Piqune, of Mt. Zion; and John Piqune, of Michigan; two sisters, Janet (Lowell) Hartman, of Berne, and Melody (Russell) Searles, of Huntington; and three grandchildren, Kaila Hardesty, Schuyler Hardesty and Eric Hardesty.
